Utilising custom designed char-grills, highly skilled chefs prepare and grill all steaks to personal preferences, from Blue to Well Done. All meals are prepared from raw to ready in a completely open kitchen.
Squires Loft Steakhouse uses A Grade Prime Australian pasture and grain fed Steer which is portion controlled and supplied by Top Cut Food Industries. All cuts are cured and aged under the most stringently controlled conditions to ensure maximum tenderness and superior flavour. The Squires Loft city restaurant serves Melbourne's best steak cuts which meet the high certification required by MSA and CAAB.
